I had the pleasure this week of appearing on Channel 10’s Studio 10 this week with the delightful team.

During my appearance I outlined 5 ways to a longer life. The 5 tips I shared were gleaned from my recently released book ‘Healthy Habits, 52 Ways to Better Health’

  1. Stay hydrated and avoid brain shrinkers (coffee and alcohol)
  2. Follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating a balanced diet
  3. Sleep well aiming for 7-9hrs good quality hours
  4. Increase activity levels through taking the steps or exercise in general
  5. Maintain a positive attitude & stop the negative thoughts that hold us back.
