During my appearance I outlined 5 ways to a longer life. The 5 tips I shared were gleaned from my recently released book ‘Healthy Habits, 52 Ways to Better Health’
- Stay hydrated and avoid brain shrinkers (coffee and alcohol)
- Follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating a balanced diet
- Sleep well aiming for 7-9hrs good quality hours
- Increase activity levels through taking the steps or exercise in general
- Maintain a positive attitude & stop the negative thoughts that hold us back.
