Hi Ladies, Dr. Cris here, I thought I would do something a little bit different for the months to come and really look at hormone health as part of my Women’s Health Series. Women’s health is a huge big topic and it is something that I often see clinical practice, it can be poorly understood by practitioners and also by us as women.  Many times we don’t really know our bodies and understand some of the warning signals that we are having when it comes to hormone health in general. So as part of the women’s health series I’ll go through some of the common things that can happen to all of us, when they happen in our lives and what are some of the warning signals to look out for if those things are happening for you as well as some of the management strategies around looking after our hormone health in general.
