Hi everyone, welcome to the new Dr Cris show, where we will be discussing all of your health questions.
I’m really looking forward to it and I think that you will really benefit from it.
We will be discussing things like what are the natural treatments for anxiety, how do I lose weight when I have tried everything, how do I get a good night’s sleep and even what vitamins should I be taking.
There is a lot of misconceptions out there and a lot of health information and I think that we can really sift through and find out what’s real, what is evidence based and what is really going to work for you.
So that’s the goal for our show and it’s certainly the goal for me answering your questions and coming from a doctor and a nutritional doctor as well.
So please feel free to post your questions and I’ll get to them as I can, and I will be doing one a week, so thanks very much and I look forward to it.
